Gordon Welke | Actor from Toronto, ON, Canada Gordon Welke first appeared in the still airing VALOUR ROAD Canadian Heritage Minute (today called Historica Minutes) filmed in 1988. He plays a WW1 soldier trapped on a battlefield in Belgium, screaming for help after he was wounded in a volley of machine gun fire. Gordon went on to play a lead role (12 of 13 episodes) in DENIM BLUES for CTV national series. He's also appeared in numerous speaking roles in Hollywood Feature Films like Trial By Jury, Falling Over Backwards and others. Gordon also starred in and played supporting roles in union theatre productions here in Toronto (Theatre Passe Meurille) & Ottawa (NAC, GCTC). Gordon went on to play supporting roles in major television series like STREET LEGAL, MISSING TREASURES, TOP COPS and more. Gordon also spent several years writing, producing, shooting video, editing and marketing television documentaries and corporate video's. Today Gordon is co-owner of Shoppabilitie.com QR Code Shops with his partner in life and business, Leona Sackaney.
