Over the Line is a short comedy about friendship, trust, and being there for a buddy in need…. even if he’s a psychopath. Paul is in the backseat of a car, bleeding from his stomach. His ‘friend’ Kyle is driving, but not to a hospital… He has a better idea- robbing a gas station. Paul realizes Kyle is just a little bit crazy, but also a little lonely.
The role is for PAUL- 25-33, any ethnicity. He has a stomach wound throughout the film; experience portraying physical distress would be an asset. He’s in a high-stress, difficult situation.
Exact shoot date is TBD, but we are tentatively looking at July 8th, with one rehearsal day before then. Shoot location is near Brantford ON, but transportation will be provided from Toronto.
