Breaking news: Dean Norris joins Law & Order: Organized Crime as Stabler’s brother!
Deadline has confirmed that Breaking Bad alum Dean Norris has joined the cast of Law & Order: Organized Crime in a major recurring role. Norris will play Randall Stabler, the older brother of Christopher Meloni’s Elliot Stabler, in a multi-episode arc.
The casting was first reported by TVLine, and Norris is set to appear in multiple episodes of the show’s fourth season. Norris is no stranger to the Law & Order franchise, having previously appeared in a guest role on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in 2004.
In Law & Order: Organized Crime, Norris will join Meloni as the Stabler brothers, who are reunited after a long separation. The show follows Elliot Stabler as he returns to the NYPD to battle organized crime after a devastating personal loss.
Norris is best known for his role as DEA agent Hank Schrader in the hit AMC series Breaking Bad. He also starred in the spinoff series Better Call Saul, and has appeared in films such as The Book of Henry and The Accountant.
