EXCLUSIVE: Neon Noir is set to release its latest feature, Brute 1976, a horror homage to the classic films The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and The Hills Have Eyes. Adriane McLean (Miracles of Christmas), Sarah French (Blind), Gigi Gustin (The Retaliators), Dazelle Yvette (Garden of Eden) and Adam Bucci (NCIS Los Angeles) are among the stars of the film, which is the third from writer-director-producer duo, Michael and Roberta Findlay.
The film follows a group of friends who are on a road trip to a remote cabin in the woods. Along the way, they encounter a mysterious stranger who leads them to a terrifying discovery. The group soon finds themselves in a fight for their lives against a family of cannibals.
McLean will play the role of the leader of the group, while French will portray her best friend. Gustin will play the mysterious stranger, and Yvette and Bucci will play members of the cannibal family.
The Findlay’s previous films, The Slumber Party Massacre and The Slumber Party Massacre II, have become cult classics, and the duo is hoping to recreate that success
