CASTING DETAILS:
– Role: Personal Trainer
– Requirements: Female, 30-40 years old, Black, athletic/fit type
– Preference: Candidates with personal training experience
– Product: Project Internet
– Casting Process: By self tape (due March 4th @ noon)
– Recalls: March 6th and/or 7th
– Fitting: March 14th
– Shoot: March 15th, 16th, 17th
– Union Status: Non-union talent
– Conflicts: No exclusivity being held
– Use: 1 year from first air date, North America broadcast, digital media, internet, social media, industrial, includes all lifts, edits, versions, cutdowns
– Possibility for an additional 1-year extension with a 10% increase
– Rates: CAD$75 for fitting, CAD$600 for session (10 hours), CAD$4500 for buyout plus 15% agency fee
– Optional stills photography rate: CAD$1500 plus 15% agency fee, only if talent’s likeness is selected and used in final non-broadcast advertising for client
– Additional Info: All buyouts pending final edit, all other rates inclusive of agency fee
