Videos will be created independently with hired talent’s own cellphones. Scripts, including hooks, will be provided, but creators should be comfortable talking about personal finance. There is the possibility that client will provide b-roll to be incorporated into final content. It is not mandatory for families to be users of the App but it is strongly preferred. App will be disclosed if asked to audition. Content Creators chosen to participate will be required to sign an NDA and submit to a background check prior to casting. Content creators will be asked to send :30 demo ad, based on client’s existing work and a provided sample script. These will not be used outside of casting decisions, and can be watermarked.[/color]

Nationwide is offering a significant talent compensation for content creators willing to promote its kids’ debit card and financial app through a series of 4 videos featuring family units of various compositions. Aimed at both adults and children, the creators ideally should already be users of the app, and be comfortable discussing personal finance topics. The hired creators, who may range in age from 6 to 50, will be expected to present themselves as diverse, authentic, and approachable subjects. Filming will be conducted remotely using the creators’ own cell phones. Scripts will be provided and modification suggestions are welcomed. Prior to casting, potential creators will have to pass a background check, sign an NDA, and provide a brief demo ad based on the client’s prior work.
