Actress WANTED for Paid 360 VR SHORT



We're looking for an actress who looks like she is in her mid twenties for a 360 VR short targeted at non-english speaking children. The short will showcase one of Vancouver's iconic nature spot, while teaching the children new words to unlock clues to find a magical creature.

A Canadian/American accent is a must, as is a sparkly and encouraging personality towards the children watching the short. Nude make-up a must.

The one-day shooting day is Thursday July 5th 2018, and meals and snacks will be provided on location.

This is an open casting for actresses willing to try acting for 360, and relevant experience in live-action shorts or theatre is best.

Interested parties in the project please send us your CV and a 30second presentation video explaining to a child (the camera) the three reasons your favourite magical creature is your favourite magical creature. (Every magical creature is amazing, what's your favourite?).

Please be aware your audience are children who do not speak english, and/or arein the earliest stages of learning it, so pronounciation and enunciation are an absolute must.

Project Details

Short Synopsis:  "Search for..." is a short 2 minute 360 VR video in which our audience will help our main character find the clues necessary to find a magical creature, in one of Vancouver's iconic nature spots. The children will have to repeat english words to "unlock" clues, while being surrounded by Vancouver's most beautiful evergreen nature.
