We are looking for an African American actress in Toronto, Canada between 25 to 35 years old to be a lead on one of the shorts we are working on. The film is about systemic racism and injustice. The film is experimental there is no dialogue, but instead narration and the female lead will be acting the scenes over the narration. The short will be filmed in 1 day over a weekend between October and November. We are serious about Covid-19 protection we will be following the guidelines (social distancing and wearing masks). Auditioning will take place online.
It’s a paid gig. The selected actress will receive a title credit on IMDB. In addition, the short film will be submitted to at least 10 films festivals all over the world.
