Non-speaking Roles
Roles:
Butler – Age: 40 – 50 years old. The butler is effortlessly stylish and appears to be serious and dignified. There should be a slight edginess to him so that he doesn’t come across as too stiff and uptight. There is a sense of gravitas about him but he is never stern and at times we see a slight softness in his personality.
Matthew – Age: Early 30s. Matthew is warm and exuberant in nature. He is in his early 30s and has an easy smile that quickly puts people at ease. He should still feel grounded and come across as sensitive to emotions and the people around him.
Old Mother – Age: Late 50s – early 60s. The older mom is warm, kindly and dignified. She should have a countenance that puts people at ease quickly but is, at the same time, lively and charming when you engage her in conversation.
Old Father – Age: Late 50s – early 60s.
Young Mother – Age: Mid 20s. The young mom is in her mid-twenties. She exudes the air of a young woman but still retains a slight girlish charm about her.
Young Father – Age: Mid – late 20s. Casted to be in his mid to late twenties. The young dad is slightly reserved and contemplative but warm and earnest to those he is close to.
