Usage / Run:
1. Usage is payable upon the first use date if and when used.
2. Usage fee to cover all original spots + any edits, lifts & versions
3. Duration: 1 year from first air date
4. Term: To commence on the first live date of the first asset
5. Territory: Worldwide 6. Media: Unlimited, unrestricted use (all media).
7. Renewal options: each additional year after 1st year with a 10% increase
8. The client is responsible for tracking usage limitations and for talent payments after.
Additional Provisions:
Shoot days: $1,000
Travel down days: $500
Buyout rate: $12,000 (3,000 per spot x 4 spots)
buyout is not guaranteed (the man character will likely only be in one spot) +airfare, lodging, and per-diems.
For the child, their parent/guardian travel expenses are covered.
Plus 20+ for agents’ Mom and Son roles – be prepared to possibly travel Monday, Feb. 13th, and possibly depart Dubai on February 26th. For the Man role – up to 8 days within this window (Feb 13-Feb 26th).
