Project Description:
A short play selected as part of the Think Fast One-Act Festival at the Burgdorff Center for the Arts in Maplewood, NJ. Performs February 21 and 22 at 8PM; February 23 at 2PM with award presentation to follow directly afterward. Rehearsals: February 15 through the 20th. Tech in Maplewood on Wednesday, February 19, time to be announced.
Wizard 1: operates audio and UV lights from behind opaque scrim; helps cast set up and strike set for one rehearsal (2/18 6-9PM) , one tech (2/19 in Maplewood, NJ, time TBD), and three performances(2/21 & 2/22 at 8PM, 2/23 at 2PM with awards presentation immediately following). No experience necessary. Must be dependable.
Wizard 2: operates UV lights and practical effects from within an on stage large box 24x24x40. This Wizard must be diminutive in stature and not prone to claustrophobia; helps cast set up and strike set for one rehearsal(2/18 6-9PM) , one tech (2/19 in Maplewood, NJ, time TBD), and three performances(2/21 & 2/22 at 8PM, 2/23 at 2PM with awards presentation immediately following). No experience necessary. Must be dependable.
