Union: Accepting both union and non-union actors.
Type of Production: Student production – unpaid. Food and transportation will be covered. Copy of final film will be provided.

SYNOPSIS
First to Last is a story about the fragility of life and the love that we all seek. Kiara and Thomas are a middle aged couple faced with the ultimate hardship. As Thomas’ health deteriorates, Kiara reflects on the first night they spent together.
CHARACTERS FOR FIRST TO LAST
Character Name: Kiara (Young and Old)
Lead Role Gender: Female Age: 20 – 30; then 45-55 Ethnicity: Open
Character Bio: Kiara is a woman who prides herself on her ability to separate her emotions from her career. The closest she gets to a relationship is the one night stands she seems to fall into. Until she met Thomas.
*The actor will potentially be playing the young and older version of this character and will be required to audition for both*
Character Name: Kiara (Old)
Character Bio: Kiara is still the same woman as her younger self but as times are now getting tough, she begins to fall apart. Kiara and Thomas are now proud parents to their son, Sam.
Character Name: Thomas (Young and Old)
Lead Role Gender: Male Age: 20 – 30; then 44-55 Ethnicity: Open
Character Bio: Thomas is an honest man who hides his deep-rooted insecurities behind humor. Relationships never seem to work out for him.That is, until he met Kiara.

Character Bio: Thomas is still the same honest man as his younger self. He is now more confident and collected and has finally found the right woman.
Character Name: Sam
Supporting Role Gender: Male Age: 17-22 Ethnicity: Open
Charcter bio: Sam is the son of Kiara and Thomas. He is currently living away from home attending his first year of university, and is visiting his father.
Character Name: Dr. Marshall
Non-Speaking Role Gender: Open Age: 30-65 Ethnicity: Open
Character Bio: He/she is Thomas’s doctor.
