Seeking an Indigenous woman age: 19 - 29.
Note: Scenes include - physical intimacy, kissing, wearing underwear, crying.

Keesha (23) is a troubled, passive-aggressive Indigenous woman. She is desperate to escape her past and the trauma she experienced. She feels lost as to who she is and what she wants and tries to fill that void with meaningless connections with other people. This builds up to an explosion of frustration and self realization that she needs to reconnect with herself and her roots. Talent must be comfortable with kissing, wearing underwear, and crying on-camera.

Project Title: 
Short Synopsis: 
A few years after leaving the child and family services system, Keesha moves to a far away city in order to forget her past. This short drama follows the internal struggle of Keesha’s every day life as she tries to find meaningful connections, and as she struggles to reconnect with herself and her culture due to her intergenerational trauma.
