Vetito Media is looking for local talent in the Victoria and Vancouver area for “The Next Day,” an independent feature film. Shooting late May through June 2021.

ROLES:
Tina Valcrow: Female, early 20s, Caucasian. Lean, muscular. Despite her reputation as a stone-cold
local boxer, Tina is just a shell of a person. Cold and distant in result of her oppressive mother,
Tina’s sudden, explosive exploration of her own twisted sexuality reveals the raging bull once
buried inside her. Emphasis on acting with body language. Must be comfortable learning simple
stunts (fight choreography) and portraying tense, intimate moments (no nudity).
Daisy: Female, early 20s. Athletic – toned. Stony-faced and ruthless inside the boxing ring,
but a total softie on the outside. Daisy is chill with a big heart and passionate but down-to-earth
personality. Her warm approach is challenged, however, when she gets a little too close to Tina.
Must be comfortable learning simple stunts (fight choreography) and portraying a few tense,
intimate moments (no nudity).
Riley: Female, early 20s. Athletic/fit. Riley is unflinchingly cocky despite her mediocre boxing
record, acting more like an energetic influencer: an in-your-face attitude, lots of passion, a
short temper, and an utter refusal to shut up. Must be comfortable learning simple stunts (fight
choreography).
