The story follows Rudy, an isolated graphic designer. A phone call from Japan prompts him to recall the last night he spent with his younger brother Jed, before Jed’s tragic death. Rudy and Jed’s relationship has been under pressure the last few years after Rudy left home to pursue his career, while Jed travelled and was never able to settle down. Five years later, Jed returns to Rudy in need of advice. Soon to become a father, Jed asks for Rudy’s help, causing old issues to resurface. Jed disappears once more, taking all future chances of fixing the relationship between the estranged brothers with him, displaying the inevitability of time running out.
