Phoebe Miu | Actor from Vancouver, BC, Canada Phoebe is a recent graduate of the Acting Essentials program at the Vancouver Film School. She is Canadian of Chinese descent, born and raised in Hong Kong. She grew up attending British international schools where she trained extensively as a sports athlete and theatrical performer. Phoebe also has a Bachelor's degree in Arts from the University of British Columbia.
