Rayna John | Actor from British Columbia, Canada My appreciation and yearning to learn all I can about being within the preforming arts has brought me here. I am highly sensitive and in touch with my emotions, which I believe could be crafted within character roles. My experience in acting stretches no further than my presentations of myself in my day to day life. I’m told I do not blend in with the crowd, which is a quality that has me smile. I am me, a 19 year old university student who is studying to earn her Bachelor of Arts degree. My future goal is to be part of a filming set, either having written a character myself for the screen or presenting myself as her. In my downtime I write character focused pieces. As a teen I used to collaborate with others improv writing stories with them. My familiarity with the coordination necessary for performance would be found in the ballet classes I’d taken last year. Before that I dedicated myself to martial arts. As well as these experiences I was in my final year of high school a part of our theatre class as the technician who worked alongside another. We managed the lights and upon opportunity I remember collaborating with my classmates, guiding the conversation as we planned our first play. I am willing to commit myself to a role should one be offered to me. I look now to be taken into consideration as the face, spirit, and form of an actress.
