We are in search of grandparents and more for an exciting non-union project. We welcome both individuals who have grown grandchildren and those who do not. Auditions will be held on Monday, July 10th at 10:00 AM, with recalls scheduled for July 12th.
Here are the details regarding rates and usage:
- Session Fee: $500
- Buyout: $4,000 for the initial script, and an additional $2,000 for each subsequent script.
- Print Buyout: $2,000
- Agency Fee: 15%
The usage rights include digital/social/web video worldwide, broadcast/streaming video within the North American territory, photography for print (direct mail) and worldwide web, photography for CRM (email/in-app) on the worldwide web, as well as digital display photography.
At present, there are no exclusivity conflicts. However, if any conflicts arise, an extra $1,000 will be added to the buyout.
For casting, our aim is to create a well-rounded and age-appropriate family. We are looking for individuals who come across as authentic and genuine. Excellent dialogue delivery, comedic timing, and experience with improv would be advantageous.
We are currently seeking the following roles:
- Grandfather:
- Age: 65-80
- Ethnicity: Black
- The grandfather is a retired, single man who resides with his son and the rest of the family. He is warm, opinionated, and unafraid to express his thoughts or share interesting perspectives. Despite his age, he remains active and lively.
- Father:
- Age: 35-50
- Ethnicity: Black
- The father is the typical “dad” figure. He enjoys puns, teasing his kids, and making light-hearted fun of himself. He is caring, dependable, and deeply devoted to his family.
- Mother:
- Age: 35-50
- Ethnicity: Black
- The mother is warm, fun-loving, and youthful in spirit. She strikes a balance between responsibility and playfulness, bringing a playful side to her personality while remaining responsible.
