We are casting for a non-union POC pilot for a TV series called Mindscapes. Shooting will take place at Knoll Studios in Oakville on September 2nd and September 3rd.
We are looking to cast two roles and a few background actors. Both roles are paid $100 for half a day of work, and there will be food on set plus footage and pictures for reels.
Roles:
– Father: Middle-aged Caucasian sophisticated father who loves his daughter. Note there are no lines for this role.
– Police Officer: Stoic-looking male of any ethnicity, with a few lines of dialogue.
Logline:
Enter the twisted world of Psychoanalysis where a group of patients confront their deepest fears unrevealing the mysteries of the human psyche through a gripping journey based on Freud’s case studies.
Further Explanation:
Taking inspiration from Sigmund Freud’s patients, and exploring their intricate and mysterious lives within the realm of their subconscious minds, this project aims to empower many. The goal is to help the audience understand how to healthily cope with their negative life experiences.
