Project Pharma #2 is a shoot taking place in Vancouver on August 28th 2023.
Casting:
Talent must submit a self-tape by August 30th at 10am.
Recalls will be on September 5th.
Fitting will be on September 9th.
Shoot will be on September 10th and 11th (talent required for 1 day).
Travel:
All talent must be available from September 8th – 12th.
Usage:
Term: 1 year buyout from first air date, plus option to renew.
Territory: Worldwide.
Materials/Versions: All materials derived from the shoot, including unlimited edits, lifts, and versions and includes screen grab still images for all media including all print.
Media: Worldwide all media (includes all print) and TV broadcast. Includes print advertising (ink to paper).
Rate:
$75 fitting (2 hrs),
$600 session (10 hrs – OT @ $90/hr),
$350 per travel day,
$350 per down day (if applicable),
$75/day per diem,
$12,000 OCP buyout.
All rates in Canadian Dollars.
All rates plus 15% agency fee.
2nd year renewal – initial buyout plus 10% plus 15% agency fee.
3rd year renewal – 2nd year buyout plus 10% plus 15% agency fee.
If the spots do not air for 6 (six) months from the shoot date a fee will be owed to the performer to keep them in conflict (OCP fee: $1000 plus 15% agency fee).
All buyouts pending final edit.
Conflicts:
Exclusivity on the entire vaccine category plus the entire cold/flu category. Buyout will be reduced by 2K if client waives any and all exclusivity – still TBD.

– In Utero Doctor – Female, 40’s or 50’s, Latinx.
– In Utero Pregnant Friend – Female, 20s – 40s, White. Does not need to actually be pregnant.
#2 Baby Shower
– Baby Shower Hero – Female, 20’s-40, Latinx.
– Baby Shower Nurse – Female, 30+, Asian.
