Mann Casting is looking for two grandparents who can dance for a delivery commercial.
Grandma Carmen:
– Female, 60s – 70s, any ethnicity
– Dance/movement experience a plus, though not mandatory
– Wearing statement acetate shades (or glasses) along with a statement lip
– Eternally coiffed and controlled
– Spends her freshly-retired days making various forms of art and her evenings sipping fine wine with her husband, Joe
– Always punctual and polished, decisive and clear
– Dancing should reflect a certain degree of surprise at her own willingness to move and groove
– Only two people on this earth can turn Glam-ma’s Balenciaga-wrapped heart into a mushy-gushy puddle – her grandkids, Isla and Rio
– Rate: $3500 adult leads
Grandpa Joe:
– Male, 60s – 70s, any ethnicity
– Dance/movement experience a plus, though not mandatory
– Having retired out of the corporate grind long ago, Grandpa Joe has settled into a life of simple pleasures
– Starts his day with a warm mug of bone broth and a meditation sesh, before getting his hands dirty tending to an impressively abundant vegetable garden
– Temperament is calm and steady, with a one foot in front of the other perspective
– Dressed in a snappy tracksuit most days
– Surprisingly limber thanks to all those early morning yoga and tai chi sessions
– Moves through this scene of domestic disaster with a calming sense of flow
– Rate: $3500 adult leads
