Casting talents 20-75+ for BC Energy Company 1-day Photoshoot

Project: BC Energy Company 1-day Photoshoot
A BC energy client is seeking to shoot still photography to promote one of its cost saving offerings to its customers. No speaking required.
WHEN: Sept 16 or 17, 2024 (one day shoot) Approximately 8am-5pm. Talent should be available and able to hold for both Sept 16 and 17 until we finalize exact date.
WHAT: Interior residential home one day photoshoot promoting cost saving ideas for energy consumption.
WHERE: one residential home in the Lower Mainland (location TBD). Must be able to get yourself to and from location which is still being scouted.
RATE + USAGE: Non-union, full buyout + usage rights in perpetuity of images.
Talent will sign a release form as well.
Talent will invoice upon completion of project for net 30 pay.
DAY RATE: (up to 9 HRS): $850 CAD per talent.
WHO:
4-6 talent total, mix of diversity in terms of ethnicity, gender identity, orientation, etc.
Looking for folks within three general age groups:
Young renters: aged 25-34
Retiring singles and couples aged 65-74
Mature homeowners aged 75+
Talent may be paired up to represent roommates or an older parent with their child, family members, etc. interacting with each other and using/installing energy saving items such as lightbulbs, weatherstripping, etc.
