We are casting for two major roles for a commercial for a major big box store chain across Canada. No previous acting experience is required and travel and accommodations will be provided for anyone not near Toronto.
RAMP BUILDER:
– Indigenous
– 20’s to 40’s
– MUST have real woodworking/carpentry skills
– Must be comfortable with a circular saw
– We are NOT looking for people without experience in woodworking
COMMUNITY MEMBER:
– 20’s to 50’s
– Wheelchair user
– Warm demeanor
– All ethnicities
RATE:
– Session: $600/day
– Fitting: $75 (2 hours)
– Usage: $2500 (payable only if in final edit)
USAGE:
– 6 months TV
– 1 year web
– Unpaid/organic in perpetuity
AUDITION DATE:
– Self tapes for first round
– Callback in person on Nov 30 (those not in the GTA can be via zoom)
DATES:
– Fitting Dec 8 or 11th
– Shooting Dec 12-14
LOCATION:
– Toronto
TRAVEL:
– Those not in Toronto will need to be available for Dec 10-15 to accommodate travel dates. Exact dates are TBC.
– Those not in Toronto will also receive $250 per travel day, $200 per down day, and a $75 per diem.
CONFLICTS:
– Any big box store commercials
