Looking for an actor to take on the role of former underwear model turned Soap Star, Billy Hart in the new comedy DON’T DROP THE SOAP. The show will be playing in Toronto August 8th-11th and rehearsals will take place twice a week. *This is a community theatre production.

When soap stars from The Bold and the Sassy get the pink slip from producer Pepper Daniels, actors Hunter Wilson, Samantha Kent and Billy Hart must show off their acting dexterity in a final, live episode of BS in primetime! With a team of writers fired, a final script that isn’t-so-final, and assistant-producer Baxter? Boomer? – Betty working in the background, confusion meets hilarity as each character strives to prevent their name from being scrubbed off the daytime line-up. It’s up to the characters of Cooper, Ivy and Ethan Davenport to rifle through ex-wives, pirates, vampires, and the mystery surrounding the assistant to Sapphire City’s Mayor, in order to discover the identity of The Sapphire Stalker. Will they finally determine what exactly their father’s company, Davencorp, does? Will they be able to stop the killer before the show itself if killed by the network? Will Paula Abdul return to American Idol? All questions are answered in the final installment of The Bold and the Sassy!
