Starz’s hit drama series BMF is adding some star power to its third season. Rapper Dominique “Lil Baby” Jones, Saweetie (Bel-Air), and Cynthia Bailey (Real Housewives of Atlanta) have all been cast in the upcoming season.
Lil Baby will make his acting debut as Payne, an eager-to-learn foot soldier out of Atlanta, GA. Saweetie will play Keeya, a former college athlete who’s now on the streets and trying to make a living. Cynthia Bailey will portray the role of a powerful and influential businesswoman.
The series follows the rise and fall of the Black Mafia Family, a drug empire that operated in the late 1990s and early 2000s. The show stars Terrence Howard, Larenz Tate, and Omari Hardwick.
The third season of BMF is set to premiere in 2021. It will feature guest stars Ne-Yo and 2 Chainz, who were previously announced.
