– Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with a neutral Spanish accent and no Spanish accent while speaking English
– Expected to have a medium build, not a fitness model but appears healthy
– Can be clean-shaven or have maintained facial hair; wearing glasses is optional
– The individual must be charismatic, warm, friendly, have good energy and must be comfortable talking to a camera
– While being attractive, the individual must not be overly flashy or manicured. Believable and sincere warmth is expected
– If booked, the talent should have their lines memorized, but a teleprompter will be available on set for timing and consistency

PAYRATE:
– Session (video): $600 per day
– Session (radio): $400 per day
– Buyout/Usage Fee (Broadcast/CTV/Social Use): $1500
– Buyout/Usage Fee (Radio): $1000
– Air travel & Hotel: Will be booked by the production
– Per diem: $65 per day
– Airport transfers: $50 max allowed each way, up to 4 trips total. Costs will be reimbursed per receipt up to $50/trip
– Travel: $200/day (one travel day). If the vo/radio recording session takes place on their travel day back, they will NOT get compensated for that travel day – if the session doesn’t happen that day, they will get $200 for their return travel day
